This educational video demonstrates the hysteroscopic removal of misplaced and embedded Copper-T intrauterine devices using simple operative hysteroscopy techniques. Two representative cases are presented—one with a freely lying inverted IUCD and another with a partially embedded Copper-T requiring adhesiolysis. The video explains how to safely evaluate the position of the device, release embedded arms using hysteroscopic scissors, and retrieve the IUCD without excessive force.
