This educational video demonstrates hysteroscopic lateral metroplasty in two patients—one with a unilateral T-shaped uterus and another with a classical bilateral T-shaped uterus. The procedure explains how hysteroscopic scissors are used to release the constricted lateral uterine walls while preserving normal anatomy. The video highlights the importance of identifying the internal os, tubal ostia, and appropriate depth of incision to safely enlarge the uterine cavity. It also demonstrates correction of associated fundal indentation when required and discusses the surgical end points that indicate adequate cavity expansion.
