This video demonstrates the office hysteroscopic removal of an anterior wall endometrial polyp in a patient undergoing infertility evaluation. Using a vaginoscopic approach with a 2.9 mm hysteroscope, the surgeon first examines the uterine cavity and identifies an anterior wall polyp along with areas of abnormal endometrial hypervascularity that warrant separate histopathological assessment. A hysteroscopic scissor polypectomy is then performed, emphasizing complete excision at the base of the lesion to prevent residual tissue. Practical tips are shared on scope orientation, angled visualization, and identifying the full extent of the polyp pedicle.
