This educational video demonstrates the complete laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy procedure for managing post-hysterectomy vaginal vault prolapse. Beginning with patient assessment and pelvic anatomy, the procedure illustrates safe dissection of the sacral promontory, identification of the ureter, and creation of the retroperitoneal tunnel. The video then shows preparation of the vaginal vault, fixation of separate anterior and posterior mesh arms, and secure anchoring of the mesh to the sacral promontory.
